Project Concept:
The payment method for purchasing an apartment is divided into two parts: installment for the land price, followed by installments for the construction price, facilitating ownership and achieving investment returns.

Two-Phase Sale:
- Phase One: After selecting the apartment type (size), the payment is made according to the agreed payment plan for the apartment’s share of the land.
- Phase Two: When construction begins, the cost of the construction will be determined based on the average prices set by the Turkish Real Estate Developers Association, plus 10% for the construction company.
Note:
The client has the right to stop at the first phase without continuing the construction. In this case, the construction company will complete the construction and sell the property, and the investor (landowner) will receive 38% of the total selling price of the apartment

What if I do not want to bear the construction costs?
If you do not wish to bear the construction costs for any reason, you can sell your share of the land to someone else or request that the construction company cover the costs on your behalf. You will then receive your share of the revenue from the sale of the apartment based on the percentage specified in the contract, allowing you to achieve a significant profit from your land investment.
